These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradeTrove (the “Service”), operated by TradeTrove (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or starting a subscription, you accept these Terms.
TradeTrove is a software tool for backtesting trading strategies and generating bot source code (cAlgo and other supported platforms). The Service does not place trades, manage funds, or hold customer assets. Output is informational; you are solely responsible for any trading decisions made with TradeTrove code.
You must register for an account with a valid email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or interferes with the Service.
New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial that requires no payment method. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Annual plans are discounted relative to monthly plans at the rate listed on the pricing page.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues to its end. We do not pro-rate partial months.

The TradeTrove platform, rulebook database, strategy templates, and related materials are owned by TradeTrove and licensed, not sold, to you. Code generated by the Service is yours to use, deploy, and modify for your own trading. The Solo plan is for personal use only; the Pro and Studio plans include a commercial license to deploy generated bots for hire. You may not redistribute the rulebook database itself.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service in bulk; (b) use the Service to violate the rules of any prop firm or broker; (c) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (d) upload code or data that you do not have the rights to.
TradeTrove is a tooling product, not an investment advisor. Backtest results are simulations, never guarantees. Trading is risky and you can lose money. See the Risk Disclosure.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
