We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first paid period of any subscription. If TradeTrove isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Eligible

• First paid charge on a new subscription, requested within 7 days of the charge.
• Annual subscriptions: full refund within 7 days, pro-rated refund within 30 days.
• Service unavailability for more than 24 consecutive hours (we’ll credit pro-rated time, no email needed).

Not eligible

• Renewal periods after the first paid period (cancel before the next renewal to avoid the charge).
• Trading losses incurred while using TradeTrove-generated code. TradeTrove is a tool; trading risk is yours alone (risk disclosure).
• Accounts that violate the Terms of Service (abuse, scraping, sublicensing) — we reserve the right to deny refunds in these cases.

How to request

Email billing@tradetrove.app from the address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request.” Refunds are issued within 3 business days; the credit appears on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancel without refund

If the 7-day window has passed and you simply want to cancel future charges, click Manage billingfrom your dashboard or from the trial banner — Stripe’s portal lets you cancel instantly. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
